Check in to the Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort and exhale. This evening is yours to settle in, take in the views, and meet the extraordinary women you'll spend the next five days with. We gather for a welcome function at sunset, good food, good wine, and the beginning of something remarkable.

Day one of content goes deep. We look at where your business is now, where you want it to go, and what needs to shift to get there. Expect honest conversations, strategic clarity, and real breakthroughs. You'll leave the room with more direction than you've had in years.

The retreat includes all content sessions, workshops, and activities across the five days. Welcome function and catering during sessions are included. Accommodation is booked separately, and flights are arranged by each attendee.
Yes, accommodation at the Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort is booked independently. We provide preferred rates and booking details upon acceptance. This allows you to choose the room type that works for you and your family.
Absolutely. Families are warmly welcomed. The Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort is a spectacular destination for families, your partner and children will love every moment while you're in sessions. Many women bring their families and make it a memorable holiday trip combined with powerful professional investment.
Absolutely, and you are more than welcome. The Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort has a fully supervised Kids Club onsite, plus Mei Mei's (resort nannies) available through the resort, so your children are in excellent hands while you focus on yourself and your business. Many mums find that a retreat like this is exactly what they need, and deserve.
